Week 2 of the project involved various activities related to refining the personas, identifying customer jobs, pains, and gains, and working on the value proposition of the project. Here's a summary of Week 2:
1. D1: Value Proposition
- Compared the five personas and identified both similarities and differences among them.
- Finalized two personas: John Xu (undergraduate student) and Lillie Stirney (working professional).
- Identified customer jobs, pains, and gains for the personas to understand their needs and desired outcomes.
- Worked on the value proposition of the project, emphasizing the potential value it can bring to users by enabling selective connections, mentorship opportunities, and deep relationships.
2. T2: Team Building Exercise #1
- Each team member selected an image that represented their current challenge in life.
- Discussed how the images resonated with the challenge of balancing life and finding a sense of fulfillment in a rapidly changing world.
3. P3: Draft Interview Questions
- Developed high-level interview questions for both undergraduate students and working professionals.
- Discussed the methods of contacting and interviewing potential users, aiming to interview two users from each category per week.
Overall, Week 2 focused on gaining deeper insights into the personas, understanding their needs and challenges, and preparing interview questions to gather valuable feedback from potential users. Our team also continued to collaborate effectively, ensuring each member contributed to the tasks assigned during the week.
